From Highway 52 (coming from the west):
Entering Cole Camp, proceed to Hickory Street (Post Office on the right), turn right and proceed for two blocks, crossing Butterfield Trail. When crossing Butterfield Trail, the church is ahead.
From Highway 52 (coming from the east):
Upon entering Cole Camp, Highway 52 continues to the right. Butterfield Trail proceeds to the left (Cole Camp School sign). Remain on Butterfield Trail for three blocks. Turn left on Hickory Street. The church is ahead.
From Highway U (coming from the north - Sedalia):
Continue on Highway U into Cole Camp to Highway 52. Cross Highway 52 and follow the highway to Hickory Street and turn left. The church is ahead.
From Highway B (coming from the south):
Entering Cole Camp, turn left onto Fowler Street. Remain on Fowler Street until Butterfield Trail (Trinity Lutheran Church on the right). Turn left on Butterfield Trail, continue on Butterfield. Remain on Butterfield Trail for one block. Turn left on Hickory Street. The church is ahead.
